Brooke Cogle is our Operations and Support Supervisor at Chiptech. She plays a crucial day-to- day role in supporting customers, scheduling product build and getting orders and deliveries safely in and out the doors.

Brooke runs a team of configuration engineers who provide a valuable service of setting up and testing all our customers’ devices before shipment. This process gives peace of mind and provides great cost and time saving to our customers pre-installation.

This month has been particularly busy in Operations with all backorders of SEVEN shipped out successfully and process innovation sessions with Chiptech New Zealand in full swing. We have also had two new configuration engineers come on board to support continued growth which has taken Brooke’s team from strength to strength.

The configuration and setup of devices that we complete free of charge with every order is invaluable to our customers, giving installation teams time to focus on the customer and keep up with the demand of the A2D shift. One customer reported that the configuration process saves on average 14 minutes prior to each and every installation.
