SEVEN provides safe and resilient communication through an advanced roaming algorithm and a unique secondary SIM pathway.
Digital ‘always on’ connectivity is key to providing a life safety service. Digital Dispersed Alarm Units generally communicate via SIM through a Core Network which provides access to local Mobile Network Operators (Three, O2, Vodafone and EE). The industry has suffered from Core Network outages which severed the connection to the Mobile Network operators and ultimately affected alarms being sent.
Chiptech have innovated to remove this risk and provide SEVEN with Dual SIM Core Network Access. This means that if one core network provider suffers comms loss then the backup core network is used. This redundancy is the most resilient system available in the industry and is provided at the same connectivity cost as a single SIM solution.
