Bed Occupancy Sensors
Bed Occupancy Pad
The Bed Occupancy Pad is installed underneath a mattress and can detect if a person has left the bed and has not returned within a specified time. IP67 water resistant.
Available in Large (740x400mm) or Small (740x250mm).
Bed Weight Sensor
The Bed Weight Sensor can detect exit and entry on beds with low air pressure or pressure-relieving mattresses.
Bed Occupancy Ribbon
This ultra slim and discreet sensor ribbon is an alternative option to the bed or chair pressure pad. It can be used to monitor occupancy and detect spasm type movements for people with epilepsy (for use with epilepsy sensors)
Chair Occupancy Sensors
Chair Occupancy Pad
The chair sensor is installed under or on the cushion of a chair and used to monitor occupancy. The sensor will automatically raise an alert after a set period of time after weight is removed from the pressure pad, indicating a person may be at risk.

The temperature extreme sensor continuously monitors ambient temperature in the home and alerts when safe thresholds are breached (high and low) or there is a rapid rise in temperature.

ADI with reed switch for monitoring opening and closing of doorways with the ability to set day and night delay and activation timers. Available with audible (Help) or silent (Duress/Bogus Caller) button options.
Pressure Floor Mat
The P150C, is a robust washable very low slip floor mat. Floor mat can help in the reduction of falls by sending an instant alarm as soon as a person’s weight is present on the mat.
Flood Detector
The flood detector can raise an alert when a possible flood is detected, helping to reduce potential water damage to property. The flood detector signals wirelessly to SEVEN base units.
