Her journey in the Telecare and Technology Enabled Care (TECs) industry showcases her commitment and expertise in assisting people with their technological needs and going the extra mile.

Understanding our customers and their needs is key to providing an excellent service. Laura’s career began as an installer for a local housing association, where she honed her skills working with various products, including hardwired technologies and dispersed alarms. Her hands-on experience in these technologies laid the foundation for her in-depth understanding of assistive technology.

What truly sets Laura apart is her dedication to providing end-to-end customer support on their assistive technology journey. Her experience offering a digital lifeline service has equipped her with the unique ability to connect with and empower others in the ever-evolving digital landscape.
